Terms of Service

Last updated: September 6, 2026

Inventica Dental Lab ("Inventica," "we," "us") provides a digital platform connecting surgeons and manufacturing partners for subperiosteal implant design, photogrammetry workflows, and full-arch restoration services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Platform-Mediated Communication

All communication between surgeons and manufacturing partners is exclusively mediated through the Inventica platform. Direct contact information — including email addresses, phone numbers, and personal details — is never shared between parties. All case discussions, file transfers, and approvals must occur within the platform's secure portal.

Any attempt to circumvent the platform to contact the other party directly constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

2. Biocompatible Materials & Certification

All materials used in the manufacturing of subperiosteal implants and restorations are biocompatible and compliant with international medical-grade standards. Every product is backed by:

  • ISO 13485 certification for medical device quality management systems.
  • FDA 510(k) clearance for implantable dental devices marketed in the United States.
  • CE Marking in accordance with the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR).
  • ISO 10993 biological evaluation of medical devices — biocompatibility testing.
  • ADA (American Dental Association) acceptance for applicable materials and shade guides.

Certificates of compliance, biocompatibility studies, and material safety data sheets (MSDS) are available upon request through the platform.

3. Quality Assurance & Guarantee

Every restoration and implant framework produced through the Inventica platform is manufactured under controlled laboratory conditions and undergoes multi-stage quality inspection. We guarantee:

  • Precision fit validated through digital photogrammetry and 3D model verification.
  • Material integrity with traceable lot numbers for every batch.
  • Structural warranty covering manufacturing defects for the duration specified per product.
  • Remake or adjustment policy for cases that do not meet clinical acceptance criteria.

4. User Roles & Responsibilities

Surgeons

  • Provide accurate clinical data, including scans, DICOM files, and patient specifications.
  • Review and approve designs through the platform's signature-based approval workflow.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Manufacturing Partners

  • Adhere to design specifications submitted through the platform.
  • Use only certified, biocompatible materials as outlined in Section 2.
  • Submit designs and approval documents exclusively through the platform.
  • Maintain production timelines agreed upon per case.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, 3D models, and digital files created or exchanged through the Inventica platform remain the property of the respective surgeon or manufacturing partner. Inventica retains a license to process and transmit these files solely for the purpose of providing the service. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of case files is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Inventica acts as a facilitator between surgeons and manufacturing partners. While we ensure platform functionality and material certification, the clinical outcome of any procedure is the sole responsibility of the treating surgeon. Inventica is not liable for clinical decisions made by surgeons or manufacturing deviations by partners outside the platform's specifications.

7. Account Termination

Inventica reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to bypass platform-mediated communication, or misuse the service. Upon termination, access to case data will be revoked in accordance with our data retention policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
