First Appointment
Pre-Surgery Scans & Photos
Upper arch scan
Capture very wide — all palatal and retromolar tissue.
Lower arch scan
Capture as much tissue as possible, full vestibule.
Bite scan
Patient in maximum intercuspation.
Patient photos
Passport format: frontal, profile, three-quarters, close-up.
Second Appointment
Surgery & On-Site Photogrammetry
Implant surgery
Place implants and healing abutments per the treatment plan.
On-site iCam4D photogrammetry
Our team arrives at your office with the iCam4D to capture implant positions.
iCamBody marker placement
Reference markers seated on multi-unit abutments for photogrammetry capture.
Third Appointment
Immediate Temporary Delivery — 24 Hours
Immediate temporary insertion
Full-arch temporary delivered within 24 hours of photogrammetry capture.
What you'll need to upload
Pre-surgery scans are required. Upload manually or send through your scanner platform. Upper scans must be very wide — capture all palatal and retromolar tissue. Lower scans: capture as much tissue as possible. Bite scan required. Patient photos in passport format: eyes at the camera, big smile with closed bite.
